12 Modules strategically paced over 8 weeks of this intensive course:
![]() | 1. Snowball Sprint Framework — Why most AI product teams fail before they start — and the inventory of superpowers you already have as a UX professional. | Walk into any AI product interview and immediately articulate where UX creates strategic value. Leave the room sounding like the person they've been looking for. |
![]() | 2. Storyboard — Find the obvious, high-ROI use case before anyone else does. | Stop guessing which AI idea is worth pursuing. Learn the same use case validation technique used at Cisco and Sumo Logic — and bring it as your own tool to your next role. |
![]() | 3. Digital Twin — Do you have the right data, and how does it flow through the system? | When a hiring manager asks "how did you handle the data layer?" — you'll have a real, documented answer and a detailed diagram from your own portfolio project. |
![]() | 4. Value Matrix — ROI, risk, and why accuracy is bullshit. | Translate design decisions into business outcomes. This is the single skill that moves you from "UX resource" to "strategic partner" in an AI product org. |
![]() | 5. AI Design Patterns & Paper Prototyping — Design AI flows before committing engineering resources. | Prototype AI product ideas fast. Show your team what good looks like before a single line of code is written and get everyone on the same page. This is what leading looks like. |
![]() | 6. RAG Example Files, RAG Registry, Output Format, Voice, Prompt Template — Design the data layer from the ground up, not just the interface layer. | Most UX designers can't speak intelligently about retrieval-augmented generation. After this module, you will master it— and you'll have the portfolio artifact to prove it. |
![]() | 7. RITE User Testing for AI — Validate probabilistic outputs with real users before you scale. | AI products behave differently than deterministic software. Learn the testing methodology built specifically for this — and run it yourself on your own agentic AI portfolio project. |
![]() | 8. Designing for AI Agents — The frontier most teams can't navigate yet. You will. | Agentic AI is the fastest-growing and least-understood area in product right now. Professionals who can design for agents are genuinely scarce. This module gets you there and creates a portfolio artifact that makes your UX for AI Agents mastery immediately apparent. |
![]() | 9. Problem Framing Revisited 1 — Stress-test your storyboard and digital twin with fresh eyes. | Real AI products require iteration. This is where your project gets sharper — and where you learn to think like a senior strategist, not just a practitioner playing with crayons. |
![]() | 10. Problem Framing Revisited 2 — Rebuild your value matrix with real project data. | Turn your documented project outcomes into a proof case. This is the artifact that answers the hardest interview question: "How do you know your work was worth more than an AI tool subscription?" |
![]() | 11. Portfolio Project Help & Demo Walk-Through 1 — Live Greg feedback on your Snowball Sprint artifact. | Get direct, specific feedback from the person who built the methodology — before you present it to anyone else. |
![]() | 12. Portfolio Project Help & Demo Walk-Through 2 + Graduation — Final presentations. Certification awarded. Plus: your 30-minute 1-on-1 with Greg to nail your job search strategy. | You get certified with a credential, a portfolio artifact, and a career narrative that positions you for AI product leadership — not as a supporting role. |

WHAT GRADUATES SAY
![]() — Craig Maher, Senior UX Designer, AI Strategy & Product Design; Creator of OrchestratoR™ (AI Accessibility Copilot) | "Eight weeks ago I had never heard of RAG. Never used GitHub. Never vibe-coded anything — and I'm not a developer. I had one problem I cared about: making accessibility evaluation faster and smarter for product teams. So I built OrchestratoR™ — an AI accessibility copilot with a real-time WCAG health score, design-system token intelligence, and a second-pass validation agent called A11Y DoubleCheck that catches what automated scanners miss before anything ships. I did some calculations on what this would have cost to build the old way, and it was pretty mind-blowing — the hours were astronomical, in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Grateful to Greg Nudelman and the UX for AI program for the framework to make it real… I'm super psyched. I want to take the class again." |
"This has been one of the best things to happen to my career. After many years in user experience design, I was in a company that was slow to adapt to AI, and I'd been trying to catch up on my own — reading, following people talking about AI — but it wasn't enough, because I wasn't practicing it myself. Knowing the theory and actually doing the work are completely different things. The course forced me into practice: building real artifacts, testing approaches, iterating — that's where the learning actually happened. The frameworks you teach, particularly the Snowball Sprint methodology, are specifically built for the AI-informed design context, not retrofitted from traditional design. Following the plan, code, test, review, debug, refactor cycle myself made it real in a way that observation never did. Now I can build whole applications by myself. I've moved away from the older Figma-centric way of thinking about design, and I'm now operating with a completely different mental model. It has fundamentally shifted how I think about design work." | ![]() — Nikos Antonogiannis, Head of User Experience & Product Design, at FNZ Group (Switzerland) |
![]() — Aaron Jasinski, Lead UI/UX Designer, at FlowPlay | "Massively empowering, loved this class… I didn't know how to vibe code before, so this class not only did it help me walk through how to think about UX and planning strategically for the world of AI that's coming, you kind of unlocked the whole vibe code… And I learned so much… I recommended it to all of our UX team across different products, and the marketing team as well… it just empowers people." |
"I spent a good part of a year learning Python, Google ADK, REG databases, and just an endless list of things. But now, to do the same thing in 8 weeks, that's amazing… to take a seed of an idea, and form a storyboard, just these post-it notes, and in 8 weeks, create a co-pilot in a Slack interface — I'm very happy, very proud about that… I've already recommended it to my boss and a couple other UX designers at my team, and they're very excited." | ![]() — John Kulunk, Senior UX Designer |
![]() — Deanna Aho, Product Designer, at Blue Cross | "8 weeks ago, I felt like the world was passing me by, and I didn't know where to start. And now I feel like I'm at least in the game. I'm not behind… I am leading my team… I've learned way more than I ever expected. I'm applying this in my job right now in lots of ways… I get an idea, and I just feel so empowered to… get Cloud Code going, and be able to express the idea… I thought it was transformative." |
"I never imagined I'd build my own working prototype… I'd recommend this course, really, [to] any UX professional, looking to stay competitive, learn how to use AI as an ally rather than see it as a threat… this course was amazing for me." | ![]() — Daniel Irwin, Senior UX Strategist, at Navy Federal Credit Union |
![]() — Núria Badia Comas, UX Lead, IU Internationale Hochschule | "Greg teaches how to approach AI products at a systems level. Concepts like the Value Matrix, Digital Twin thinking, and Storyboarding for AI experiences have been particularly influential in how I frame problems. He doesn't simply share knowledge — he helps people grow into strategic thinkers." |
"Greg gave me the guidance to make my career transition from sales to UX design. He continued to help me after the course was over. It took a lot of work, but today I am a UX Designer." | ![]() — Anastasia Walia, Lead Product Designer | AI, Automation, Vibe Code, Reseach, SAP |
![]() — Madeleine Le, Senior Product Designer, IBM | "Greg helped me grow through coaching me while I led design initiatives I initially thought were too challenging. He provides a vast amount of design knowledge that has helped me throughout so many problems." |

THE HONEST PROMISE
I can equip you with the best chance available. What happens next is up to you.
Designers who complete this program will be able to walk into any AI product team and immediately demonstrate strategic value. That's not a marketing claim — it's the specific, measurable outcome this curriculum is built to deliver.
What I cannot promise is a job offer. Nobody can. Anyone who guarantees that is lying to you.
What I can promise: you will leave with the positioning, the framework, the technical fluency, and the ROI portfolio proof case that gives you the best shot available — at a fair price designed to get you certified, not to extract maximum tuition.

FAQ
I've sent 50 applications. Not one reply. How does this program help?
Your portfolio isn't broken. Your language is.
Hiring managers at AI product teams aren't searching for wireframes and polished Figma files. They're searching for designers who can speak ROI, use cases, and risk reduction. The portfolio that got you hired in 2021 is now invisible to the people making decisions in 2026.
Week 1 of this program rebuilds your positioning from the ground up — not your portfolio, your story. The language that makes the right people stop scrolling.
A founder just told me he replaced his designer with a $20/month AI subscription. What will this program do to change that?
He replaced an executor. He cannot replace a strategist.
AI tools replace people who make things. They cannot replace people who decide what to make, why to make it, and how to prove it worked. AI product teams are actively fighting to fill that strategist role — and failing.
The Snowball Sprint Framework you'll master in this program is the same methodology used to ship 34 real AI products at Cisco, Sumo Logic, GE Digital, and LogicMonitor. It doesn't just survive AI tools — it requires a skilled human designer at its center.
The job market has split and I'm on the wrong side. Can this program help me?
You're not on the wrong side. You're just using the wrong map.
The split is real: 5.8% of designers are thriving in AI product roles. The rest are competing for the same shrinking pool of traditional UX work. The difference isn't talent — it's fluency. Fluency in AI systems, agentic design, and business outcomes.
This program is the map. Eight weeks of frameworks, tools, and live practice that move you from the shrinking side to the growing one — with a certification to prove it.
I don't know which tools to learn first. What design tools do you teach?
Stop learning tools. Start learning judgment.
Every week there's a new AI tool to master. It's paralyzing. The designers who are winning aren't the ones who learned the most tools — they're the ones who learned how to make decisions with AI that produce outcomes their teams couldn't get any other way.
The 12 modules in this program are optimally sequenced over 8 weeks — from use case validation through prototyping, data design, user testing, and ROI proof. Each skill on the map builds on the last, so there are no wasted detours.
I can't prove my work was worth more than what AI alone could have done. Can this program help me?
$500M in documented ROI didn't happen by accident. It happened because someone knew how to build the proof case. You'll learn exactly how.
Stakeholders now want to know your contribution was worth more than a tool subscription. That proof case is buildable, documentable, and the single most career-defining skill you can develop right now.
Module 4's Value Matrix and the final two Portfolio Project sessions exist specifically for this — so you leave with a documented artifact that proves you drove outcomes no AI tool could have produced alone.
Will the live office hours be recorded? I will be on vacation for one week and will need to catch up on the missed content.
Yes. All course content is recorded and is yours to peruse at your own pace. PLUS All live Q&A office hours sessions are recorded and posted by midnight PT the day they are made. You will have access to all recordings for up to 1 year from the start of the program. The PDF handouts and special guides (like our popular Vibe Coding Guide and RAG Architecture Guide) are yours to keep forever.
Are there specific requirements for the final project and portfolio artifact?
The requirements are to do all of the exercises to show your work -- this is important for the hiring managers to see: storyboard, digital twin, value matrix, sketch wireframe flow, RAG, simple vibe-coded agentic application (standalone or browser plug-in). The examples of each deliverable are in the course modules section: https://uxforai.com/c/certification/#12-modules-in-detail
The entire project should take about 20 hours to complete. I will give you all of the material you need to complete the project -- that is, basically this course, where you learn by doing.
My current full-time work is proprietary. What should I build?
You can and should absolutely work on your own, non-proprietary project that you can show to hiring managers. But it can be something relevant to you, like a LinkedIn CRM scraper, agentic scheduling assistant, etc. -- ideally something in your UX Design specialty but nothing proprietary. We help you brainstorm your project on the first day of the class and support you throughout.
How big is the class?
We are keeping the student count for Cohort 2 low to allow us to give individual attention to every student as we support your work on your personal project. This is not a 100-person lecture or a certification factory.
