Terms of Service — UX for AI Certification Program: Cohort 2

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

By enrolling in the UX for AI Certification Program: Cohort 2, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Structure & Billing

This is an 8-week cohort-based certification program with a defined start and end date. Cohort 2 begins Friday, June 12, 2026 and ends Friday, August 7, 2026.

You may enroll under one of two payment plans:

  • Pay in Full: A one-time payment of $2,500 USD.

  • Payment Plan: Two payments of $1,300 USD each, charged 30 days apart, totaling $2,600 USD. The second payment is automatically charged to your saved payment method 30 days after enrollment. After the second payment, billing stops automatically.

Discount codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and adjust the price accordingly. Promotional discounts are limited-time offers and may not be combined with other discounts.

The Payment Plan is not a subscription. It is a finite 2-payment arrangement that auto-concludes after the second charge.

2. Content & Delivery

The program includes:

  • 3 hours of live office hours per week with Greg Nudelman and Daria Kempka (Wednesdays + Fridays, 8 AM Pacific Time)

  • 8 self-guided modules released weekly throughout the 8-week cohort

  • Private Circle community with direct instructor support

  • One 30-minute 1-on-1 strategy session with Greg Nudelman (scheduled after both payments are received for Payment Plan enrollees)

All live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students.

3. Certification

To earn the Certified UX for AI Professional credential, you must:

  • Attend or watch a minimum of 6 of 8 weekly modules

  • Submit the final capstone project for review

  • Have full tuition paid (no outstanding balance)

Certification is not automatic. The credential is awarded upon review and acceptance of your final project submission.

4. Refund Policy — 100% Money-Back Guarantee on Unused Weeks

You may cancel your enrollment at any time during the 8-week cohort and receive a prorated refund on unused weeks.

Refund calculation: (8 − weeks elapsed) ÷ 8 × tuition paid

Weeks elapse on the calendar starting from the cohort start date (June 12, 2026), not from your attendance. Mid-week cancellations are rounded down (i.e., that week is considered elapsed).

Cancellation effects:

  • Live session attendance ceases immediately upon cancellation

  • Access to released content is retained for the prorated period

  • The 30-minute 1-on-1 strategy session is forfeited if cancellation occurs before it is scheduled

  • The Certified UX for AI Professional credential is not awarded to students who cancel before completing the program

No refunds are issued after Week 8 (cohort end date). By this point, the entire program has been delivered.

5. Payment Plan Failure & Default

If your second Payment Plan installment fails to process on the scheduled date, Stripe will automatically retry up to 3 times over 5 days. If the second payment cannot be collected after retries:

  • Your enrollment will be automatically canceled

  • Access to the Circle community and live sessions will be revoked

  • You will have received approximately 4 weeks of program access for the $1,300 first payment, equivalent to the prorated refund value at that point. No additional refund is owed.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All program content — including but not limited to live session recordings, written materials, templates, frameworks, code repositories, and assessments — is the proprietary property of Snowball Sprint LLC and is protected by copyright law.

By enrolling, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your own educational purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any program content in any form

  • Share, distribute, resell, or transfer access to any content to any third party

  • Post, upload, or republish any program content on any public platform, social media, or video-sharing service

  • Attempt to circumvent or bypass any access control or digital rights management measures

  • Use program content to create derivative commercial works without explicit written permission from Snowball Sprint LLC

This license to access content terminates immediately upon cancellation, refund, or completion of the cohort, except where alumni access is explicitly granted (see Section 7).

7. Alumni Access

Students who complete the full cohort and pay tuition in full receive 1 year of continued access to program materials and any future iterations released through June 30, 2027. Alumni access is non-transferable and subject to the same Intellectual Property restrictions in Section 6.

8. Account Access

Your enrollment grants access to one individual user only. Sharing login credentials, granting access to any third party, or otherwise enabling unauthorized access to program content is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

9. Code of Conduct

Participation in live sessions and the Circle community requires adherence to a basic standard of professional respect. Behavior including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, doxxing, or persistent disruption of sessions may result in removal from the cohort without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Outcomes

While the program is designed to enhance your skills and career prospects in AI-driven UX design and product management, we make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary increases, job offers, or any specific career advancement. Individual results depend on your effort, prior experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active enrollees of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from your enrollment or these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
